  • Strong computer skills, tech savvy and the ability to navigate multiple systems with little assistance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin and Cantonese would be a plus.

Role Scope

This is a pivotal position within the firm’s administrative team in Asia. The scope of the role includes:

Office Manager & Administration Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and take responsibility for ensuring that the office’s work environment and premises are kept in good order at all time.
  • Assist Partner and team with monthly expense reconciliation, timesheet compilation etc.
  • Work closely with the regional administrative team.
  • Work closely with landlord/vendors and lease/contract negotiation
  • Office admin & facility/Admin/souvenir/gifts/internal events/
  • New joiners: tech, laptop & mobile, admin, biz cards, user onboarding etc
  • Rent, bill etc accounts payable.
  • Handle petty cash for the office.
  • Support arrangements for travel, accommodation, visa, immigration matters and other administrative tasks.
  • Office Tech/Facility support.
  • Manage the Office Assistant, cleaners, florist, maintenance vendors, building management etc.

Human Resources: 

  • Manage payroll, MPF and benefits.
  • Recruitment, hiring process, contracts & offers.
  • On-boarding and orientation for new team members and off-boarding.
  • Staff training and development programmes. 
  • Office internal communication.
  • Assist with the tracking and updating of resourcing charts and materials.
  • Organise team lunches and support the coordination of employee events such as offsites and team building exercises
