Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be part of HR team to provide support in full spectrum of Human Resources functions including payroll, MPF, recruitment, HR related documents
- Assist in providing office administration support to other divisions
- Prepare job advertisement and post it on dedicated recruitment platforms
- Partnering with HR manager in review, formulate, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support in organizing the employee relations activities
- Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management or related discipline.
- 1 year all-rounded HR and administration experience will be an advantage
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances, MPF & related regulation
- Detail oriented, excellent team player with great communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
- Able to perform duties in a confidential manner
