• To be responsible for both STORE+OFFICE recruitment and full employment cycle, including job advertisement posting, interview conducting, offer making and contract preparation, salary recommendation and on boarding and induction process for new hires;
• Organize and liaise with external parties for recruitment activities;
• To fully utilize & explore all direct sources of talent, e.g. job fair, social media, employee referrals, market research and other innovation channels;
• Prepare monthly statistical analysis and regular reports, e.g.: headcount allocation, turnover rate analysis and salary survey etc; &
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS;

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management is a must;
• At least 3 years solid RECRUITMENT experience in F&B/Retail industry is a MUST; Possess solid experience in mass recruitment is an advantage;
• With “can-do” attitude and willing to take on challenges;
• Adaptive to fast changing environment;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR Officer;
• Working location: Kwai Chung
• 5 DAYS work under flexible working hours; &
• lImmediate available is preferred;
