Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full support to HR team in all-round and routine HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee relations
- Handle staff inquiries and internal communications
- Perform HR administrative support of staff movement, such as personnel data input/update, contract preparation, personal file maintenance and paperwork processing
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience; gained in education sector would be an advantage
- Proactive, responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player with can-do attitude and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
