Job Description

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management such as preparation of business correspondences, documents and reports
  • Perform market intelligence studies to keep abreast of the recreation development trends and market needs
  • Coordinate with various teams within the company and external partners to accomplish project tasks
  • Work closely with the clubhouse teams to ensure all the reports and documents were submitted in a timely manner
  • Manage the calendar/ diary activity, including coordinate meetings and minutes-taking
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines, preferably with formal secretarial training
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience from hospitality or customer service industry
  • Active and enthusiastic team players to work with other members in the company
  • Be able to prioritize and work effectively among multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Power Point
