Responsibilities:

• To take account for administration and general support to the maintenance team, including data processing, regular reports to management, copying and filing
• To process all related documents submission to EMSD
• To control "Use of Permit" issued from EMSD & its distribution
• To manage incoming & outgoing letters / emails and its circulation
• To assist supervisor's / manager's daily routine works
• Work in Sai Wan/Service station

• HKDSE / Higher Diploma or above with 2 - 5 years’ administrative experiences
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good presentation & interpersonal skills
• Hardworking, detail-oriented with strong commitment, organized, able to work independently
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) & Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Administration Officer
