Job Requirements

• Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
• 4-6 years relevant working experience in human resources activities
• Solid experience in recruitment cycle, preferably in sizable companies
• Previous experience in employee relations would be an advantage
• Well-organized, energetic, people-oriented with good communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Provide full scope of human resources support and ensure the smooth operations
• Perform all aspects of HR duties including recruitment and employee relations
• Responsible for job ads posting, resumes screening, interview to offer logistics
• Assist in conducting orientation program and onboarding & off-boarding procedures
• Maintain accurate HR database & attendance record and prepare HR reports
• Participate in staff activities coordination and ad hoc duties as assigned
