A: HR
All around HR services including but not limit to:
- Recruitment & Termination.
- HR Policy and Staff Handbook set up and maintenance works.
- HR Cost Budgeting.
- All HR related paper works, employment contract, letters to staff etc.
- Annual appraisal and monthly staff performance valuation works.
- Staff compensation & benefits management.
- Tax Filing.
- Organize staff activities and corporate events.
- Organize staff training.
- Any other ad-hoc works as required
B: Admin
Understand Incoming and Outgoing Document controls
Requirement:
Diploma or above in Human Resource Management.
Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
Fast learner, hardworking and reliable.
Strong organizational and communication skills to all level of peoples.
Able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word
