Responsibilities:

• Oversee central procurement of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, food and beverage, printing matters and company stamps etc
• Supervise the operations of reception and backup reception duties when necessary
• Manage services vendors such as in-house security guards and gardener
• Handle facilities management related workflow and logistic arrangement, including starter / leaver workflow, meeting room booking policy, company junk and equipment management
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in sizable company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and Chinese Word Processing
• Patient, attentive to details and with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position as Senior Officer | Administration.
