The Roles :

1. Provide day-to-day administrative services to the office, including but not limited to office renovation & maintenance, sourcing & procurement, supplies & contract management, inventory control etc.;
2. Handle admin procurement requests and work closely with Finance Team for invoice settlement;
3. Perform finance, administrative & HR duties such as filing, records maintenance & reports preparation;
4. Support general receptionist duties when needed;
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience in office administration roles;
2. Self-starter, energetic, pleasant, well organized and strong sense of responsibility;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Experienced in office admin. & maintenance is highly preferable;
5. Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
6. Immediate availability is highly preferred
