Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to provide full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, and employee relations, etc.
• Identify training and development needs. Formulate and execute training strategies and plans that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives
• Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures, review the effectiveness in a timely manner and make adjustments whenever necessary
• Act as the business partner of the operation heads and provide strategic counsel on all human resources matters
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ solid experience in sizable company and of which 3 years should be at managerial level
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related Ordinances and statutory requirements
• Strong skills in MS office applications and HRIS
• Critical eyes for details and processes as well as highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
