Requirements

• Degree or Associate Degree in Business, Japanese or equivalent
• Certificate holder of Japanese Language Proficient Test Level N1
• 3 years or above relevant experience in general office administration
• Previous experience in secretarial support will also be considered
• Well-organized, energetic, self-initiative with pleasant personality
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Japanese WP
• Proficient in communication of both English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide general office administrative support and ensure daily smooth operation
• Responsible for work visa application, contract renewal and travel arrangement
• Assist Japanese Manager on meetings coordination and preparing related materials
• Handle rental arrangement for Japanese staff and prepare monthly expenses reports
• Maintain company database and assist in organizing company activities as required
