Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in delivering teaching materials/documents/reports to students and parents

2. Arrange parent meetings and perform clerical duties

3. Coordinate between students and the company, offering assistance on students’ life and guidance in students development

4. Prepare teaching and learning package

5. Provide on-site support for all courses and events, including marking attendance, dealing with inquiries, and assisting speakers. Courses may take place on evenings / weekends and may require field trips and travel

6. To provide professional and quality counselling service by matching the needs of parents and children, and suggest suitable education pathway for them

7. Follow up on admissions counseling, and applications

8. Assisting in marketing activities such as seminars and school visits

Skills & Experience:

1. Degree holder of any disciplines

2. At least 1-year education-related working experience preferable

3. Experience in teaching and research is a plus but not necessary

4. Be responsible, patient, energetic and enthusiastic


5. Familiar with school environment, classroom teaching and learning an advantage

6. Pleasant personality and presentable

7. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
