Job Description

• Provide administrative support to our manager in charge
• Preparing reports to authorities, bundles, assist in preparation of correspondence and other legal documents / simple court documents
• Preparing simple correspondence, attending meetings, preparing meeting notes.
• Research and writing reports
• Filing and managing documents, coordinate with billing arrangement in a timely basis
• Any other ad hoc assignments as assigned

• The desirable candidate should be a degree/ diploma holder in any disciplines. 
• Law firm experience is desirable but not a must, experience in litigation services is a plus.
• Detail minded and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
