Job Description
Job Duty:
- Communicate with patent attorneys on trademark/ patent filing
- Meeting minutes preparation
- Document drafting
- Regulatory document filing
- Monitoring regulatory databases and provide weekly update to RA Manager
- Other duties assigned by RA Manager
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in clerical/secretarial post
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Basic skills in Adobe AI is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team spirit is highly preferred
- Proactive and organised
- Fluent in in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Good written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Regulatory Affairs Associate.
