Job Description

Job Duty:

  • Communicate with patent attorneys on trademark/ patent filing
  • Meeting minutes preparation
  • Document drafting
  • Regulatory document filing
  • Monitoring regulatory databases and provide weekly update to RA Manager
  • Other duties assigned by RA Manager

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in clerical/secretarial post
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Basic skills in Adobe AI is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team spirit is highly preferred
  • Proactive and organised
  • Fluent in in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Regulatory Affairs Associate.
