Client Details:

Our client is a leading distribution company located in Hong Kong Side. Currently they are looking for a HR Assistant / Officer candidate covering Hong Kong and other Asia regions. 

Responsibilities:

• Support in full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefit, training & development etc. across HK and other Asian regions
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Prepare periodic HR reports
• Ensure proper filing and record update of HR system
• Assist in organizing company events
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in human resource management, business administration or related discipline
• 1 year above of hands on HR experience
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
