Our client is the leading Asian F&B Group.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to oversee the portfolio of services covering the total rewards development, job grading, compensation benchmarking and structures, incentive plans designing, staff cost budgeting, and HRIS implementation etc.
• Provide various analysis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, such as HR analytics study, workforce planning, benefits survey, and HR costing, etc
• Manager the HR Operations including payroll and fringe benefits administration, and tax reporting, etc.
• Review and streamline HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of relevant experience gained from F&B/ Retail/ FMCG/ Sizable Organization with fast paced environment
• Have the positive mentality, visionary mind-set, willing to groom the subordinate to be the leader and develop with the company
• Possess strong people management skill with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Short notice/ immediate available is highly preferred
