Job Description
- Provide helpdesk support to internal users in head office and site offices
- Provide software, hardware installation service to end-users
- General Administration in IT Department including procurement, update inventory record of computer hardware etc
- Documentation handling such as data reports
- Occasionally on-site support out of head office
Job Requirement:
- Completion of HKDSE
- At least 1 year of IT support working experience
- Familiar with PC hardware/software and basic networking configuration
- Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office Application
- Able to work independently, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, marriage leave, paternity leave, full attendance leave, training allowance, newborn baby allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
