Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Initiate, organize and undertake training in forms of courses, workshops, seminars and activities and evaluate the overall training effectiveness
• Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis, design, develop and deliver in-house training courses and tailor-made workshops to enhance technical competences, work knowledge and soft skills development
• Develop and organize staff relations / team building project
• Plan and implement the mystery shopper program in order to achieve the service target
• Liaise with external consultants to identify course and event objectives and content
• Review and maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
• At least 6 years' solid training experience in both planning and training delivery
• Self-motivated, well organized, independent and good team player
• Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
