Job Description
The incumbent will support the Company’s HR and Admin Team based in Hong Kong in scrutinizing the submissions on recruitment, termination, transfer, and other office administration proposals from our local offices in Mainland cities.
Duties:
- Assisting in checking/vetting submissions, monthly payroll and related payments
- Keeping record of and processing recruitment requisitions
- Performing market research, reviewing and controlling administration expenses and other works as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holders or above with a pass in English and Chinese Languages and Mathematics in HKCEE/HKDSE
- With at least 2 to 3 years relevant experience for Assistant Officer, less experience will be considered for Assistant
- Self-motivated with good communication skill
- Meticulous, hardworking, organized and a team player
- Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
We offer 5-day work week, 15 days annual leave per year.
