Job summary:

To provide respective backend support functions to CRM Centre so that end-to-end processes can be in place to ensure an overall smooth, accurate and efficient centre operations.

 Your role

• Evaluate performance of frontline representative who handle customers’ enquiry with digital tools (eg. What’s Apps), email and incoming call to ensure service quality meeting the company’s standard 
• Analysis QA monitoring result and suggest improvement areas for better customer experience 
• Produce analysis reports and assist team leader review QA scheme effectiveness 
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required 

To succeed in this role

• Diploma or above with 3 to 4 years working experience
• Good presentation skills and strong customer service mind  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as junior role

 Working Location: Kowloon Bay / Tuen Mun

Working Hours: 42.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm
