Responsibilities

• Involve in the whole sales process to provide administration support to Sales Team
• Assist in preparing quotation and tender
• Follow up order processing
• Update ERP related to sales activities and keep good record for sales documents
• Prepare monthly report for order processing, tender list as well as sales lead status for management review
• Assist in support to service team and receptionist as assigned when necessary

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Min. 1 year work experience is preferred
• Customer service oriented, detail minded & well organized
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be consider
• Immediately available is highly preferred
