Customer Services and Administration Assistant

Responsibilities

•  Respond to customers’enquiries and service requests via hotline, WhatsApp, and email in efficient and professional manner.
•  Perform merchants onboarding procedures including documents checking and accounts opening, maintain and update customer database.
•  Provide stationery materials to merchants by courier.
•  Handle confidential data and documents properly including documentation, filing/e-filing etc.
•  Prepare weekly sales report for management.
•  Manage office supplies purchasing and inventory control.
•  Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

•  Form 5 standard or above equivalent with minimum 1 year working experience in customer services
•  Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills 
•  Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word typing
•  Fresh graduate will be considered 
•  Immediately available is highly preferred

Benefits

•  5 Days work (Mon – Fri).
•  8 hours work per day.
•  Training with salary with 10 days annual leave.
•  Double Pay
