Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Involve actively in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant   positions, selection & interview, and managing the employment process.
  • Support the development and implementation of HRIS and HR initiatives
  • Create and implement effective onboarding & offboarding plans
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures to employees

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR/Recruiter position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, HRIS etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of written & spoken in English and Chinese
  • Organized, attentive to details and multi-tasking
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma holder in HR Management or relevant disciplines
