Responsibilities :

• Arrange on-boarding and off-boarding logistics
• Oversea full spectrum of general office administration, managing office supplies, office equipment maintenance
• Handle supplier quotations and payment transactions
• Assist in organising company's activities and staff events
• Handle company vehicle licenses renewal
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily office administration
• Assist in ad-hoc HR & Admin. projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or Business Management
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in human resources & administration, preferably gained with sizable organisations
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Attention to details, organised, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese  

 *  Less experience would be considered as Assistant Admin Officer / Admin Assistant
