Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the delivery of documents between main office and sub-office
- Provide clerical support to group companies
- Inspect the work completed by messengers and ensure that messengers’ services are accurate and efficient.
- Examine the postage franker machine and ensure that the used amount and its balance are correctness
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, all outbound deliveries, point-to-point delivery services and counter collection services
- Help Operations to print statements e.g. replenish paper in the statement printer, report the ITD/Operations when the printer malfunctions etc.
- Manage the storeroom and keep an adequate level of stationery stock

- Replenish paper and toner for the copier and fax machine and report when the printer malfunctions
Requirements:
- Secondary School Form 5 education or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Detailed-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
