Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle office administrative duties, e.g, office supplies replenishment, equipment maintenance, insurance renewal, company car license renewal, file storage
  • To participate in various team projects to improve office administrative environment
  • To handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above education
  • Good team player, enthusiastic, organised and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook), messaging apps (e.g. WeChat, WeCom) and e-meeting softwares (e.g. Zoom, Voov)
