Responsibilities:

• Assist Secretary to provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to Chairman for strategy and plan formulation.
• Coordinate and follow up projects as assigned by Supervisor.
• Liaise with internal departments and service providers for necessary job requirements and implementation of preset plans.
• Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing meeting materials and business reports.
• Occasional support to internal departments when required.

• Degree holder.
• At least 3 years relevant experience servicing senior management.
• Excellent command in English and Chinese, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, mature and flexible to meet tight schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Solid project management skill and cross-departmental business exposure.
