• Provide business support to Sales Managers i.e. System Input, Contract preparation and other necessary business supports.
• Managing business data and prepare reports regularly.
• Perform data entry and organize files and data i.e., filing and scanning.
• Perform other ad‐hoc duties as assigned by the director and supervisor.

• University Degree holder.
• 1‐2 years working experience in relating fields. Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
• A good team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‐minded, good planning and organizing ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using PC and MS Offices. Profound Excel Skills would be preferable. 
• Good commands of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Japanese would be an advantage.
