Job Description

Responsibilities:

Solicit mortgage, personal loan sales and generate net interest income to the Company

Develop and provide source of funding based on own network

Build client database and maintain customer relationship

Be competent in the competitive money lending business

For Direct Sales Manager, coaching & supervision of subordinates, adherence to Company policies and targets are also required.

Requirements:

Direct Sales Manager:

Qualification: School Certificate/Matriculated/Tertiary

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in telemarketing, mortgage sales/ banking/ financial industry in relevant field.

Direct Sales Representatives:

Qualification: School Certificate or above

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in telemarketing, mortgage sales/ banking/ financial industry in relevant field.

Other Requirements:

Strong service and sales oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Can work independently and of responsible personality.
