Roles and Responsibilities:

• Capture insurance business opportunities for all types of customers
• Provide professional Financial Planning Services to potential customers from quotation to application as well as after-sales services
• Ensure the highest rate of customer satisfaction and persistency through post-sales and ongoing customer engagement
• Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Company's policies and all applicable regulatory guidelines

We need:

• Diploma or Degree Holder, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Passes in IIQE (Paper 1, 2 and 3) are pre-requisite
• Minimum 2 years of Front line sales experience, especially if gained in the Insurance industry
• Good communicator - excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner
• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently
• Multi lingual in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; with good knowledge of PC application software
