Job Duties:

-  Implement board resolutions thoroughly, organize the formulation
   and improvement of the company growth strategies and be fully
   responsible for the daily operation and management of the company;

-  Establish and improve the sales operation and management system of
   the company and supervise to ensure effective implementation;

-  Establish and implement annual business plans and budgets for the
   company,and strive to achieve various business objectives and tasks;

-  Lead the team to accomplish business objectives;

-  Own rich resources on sales channels and network to achieve the best
    revenue to the company;

-  Be responsible for teambuilding of the company, establishing and
   managing a professional team with common goals, common values,
   cohesiveness, collaboration, innovation, efficiency and dedication;

-  Be responsible for building the company brand(s), establishing and
   maintaining public relations, controlling various types of business risks,
   and promoting steady development of the company.

Requirements

-  Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or related disciplines;

-  Over 15 years of management experience in financial industry, with
   extensive network and familiar with the laws, regulations and practices
   of the industry;

-  Have a high degree of responsibility as well as strong ability in strategic
   thinking, decision-making and improvising; possess both integrity and
   talent, excel at leading the team and be innovative; demonstrate out-
   standing capability in communication, coordination, organization and
   leadership; always show good teamwork and professionalism.
