Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and implement card related Compliance process.
- Participate in fraud case review and root cause identification with proposed remediation
- Strengthen the operation process on card related product
- Conduct periodic training and as a go-to person for staff enquiry on Group Standard and Regulatory matters
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies for necessary action and exchange of updated fraud information and market trend.
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in preferably with exposure to Compliance
- Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills with self-motivation
- Proficient in English, Chinese and MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
