Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations, administration and maintenance of AWS, network devices, servers, storage, databases, desktops / laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide technical support and advice to various IT operations and application team and relevant business units
• Manage system/security projects including vendor/product evaluation, procurement, and implementation
• Establish IT policies, guidelines and procedures for system management, system administration and operations, system security
• Undertake IT process review and re-engineering, service and system quality assurance, information security evaluation and IT risk assessment
• Work with vendors to install system patches and rollout new system

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• With 5+ years IT infrastructure experience, from designing IT architecture, performing security risk assessments and IT manual creation/review
• Experience in mission critical Internet infrastructure, AWS cloud platform, vendor management
• Hands-on experience on Cisco/FortiGate firewall and switch
• Certification in IT areas e.g. ITIL, CCNA, Cloud certification will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well organized and team player
• Ability to work independently and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager

Additional Information: 

• Office location: Tsim Sha Tsui East; Close to East Tsim Sha Tsui and Hung Hom MTR Station
• Working hour: Five-days work week, Monday – Friday, 9am - 6pm
