Job Description
What you will be doing
- Provide professional beauty advice on the various range of skincare products that fits customers’ needs and preferences
- Recruit new customers, build and establish good customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Perform in-store daily operations, includes general housekeeping, inventory management and sales reporting
- Organise sales area and manage display presentation
- Other duties as assigned
We would love to hear from you if you are
- Minimum Form. 5/ DSE graduated with at least 3 years of retail/ customer service experience, preferably in beauty industry
- Passionate and knowledgeable in Skincare/ Cosmetics
- Confident to serve customers and have excellent communication skills
- Energetic, proactive and self-motivated
- Enjoy working as a team with positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
We offer you
- Stable salary starting from 15K+
- Up to 10 days annual leave
- 9 hours/ day, including 1-hour lunch break (Shift duty)
