Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to all retail shop
• Handle e-shop updates, orders and delivery arrangement
• Coordinate with internal departments and shops to execute the promotional programs and support in marketing activities
• Prepare operational analysis and reports
• Support in system update ensuring accurate information at all times

Requirements:

• With minimum 2 years of working experience especially in retail or telecommunication industry is an advantage
• Solid operation support experience is an advantage
• Customer-oriented with effective interpersonal and communication skill
• Good team player, positive attitude, flexible and supportive to handle departmental tasks
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate availability is preferred
