Job Highlights:

• We are looking for capable bridge engineers to design on an iconic bridge project, which covers an extensive footbridge network in the Kai Tak / Kwun Tong area
• The project will include extensive design, project management, public consultation and design competition in the Investigation, Design and Construction stages of the consultancy project

Responsibilities

• In this position you will join the Meinhardt Infrastructure’s Bridge & Civil Structure Discipline
• You will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled bridge engineers and specialists, driven by the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and complex projects.
• Working within a multi-discipline team of engineers, technicians and other professionals to develop bridge engineering designs from concept to detailed design and specifications
• Coordinating the highway structures design process and integrating with associated environmental and structural engineering infrastructure
• Responsible for production of bridge designs and drawings to relevant standards
• Produce detailed designs and documentation for the implementation of Bridge projects
• Establish and develop relationships with clients in the local market

Job Requirement:

• Degree in civil / structural engineering or equivalent;
• Corporate membership of relevant professional institution(s) with minimum 2 years’ post-chartered working experiences;
• Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Engineer I
• Extensive and proven with leading technical ability in the bridges and civil structures discipline;
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and self-motivation
• Experience in project administrative roles, control project budgets and service deliverables will be an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English;
