Responsibilities:

• Arrange regular, ad-hoc corrective and preventive maintenance work for in-house Technician and external contractor
• Evaluate the performance of Technician and contractor via Facility Management System
• Assess and analyze tender and quotation submitted by contractor and provide recommendation
• Coordinate with landlord, management office and external contractor for the arrangement of repair work
• Attend project, R&M, MVAC improvement work sit meeting and ad-hoc inspection
• Coordinate with Technician for regular inventory audit of spare parts

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering or equivalent disciplines 
• Holder of REW A0
• Minimum 4 years’ experience, prior experience in air-conditioning / chiller plant maintenance will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
