Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma holder in Interior Design or Architecture studies
• 4-5 or above years solid experience in Interior design and project co-ordination;
• Able to handle presentation drawing and tender drawing;
• Able to handle project independently;
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office;
• Keen on human-centered design, passionate, self-motivated, independent and responsible;
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Designer

Requirements :

• Develop innovative and user-friendly design solutions for different social service projects (Elderly Centre, Health Care Centre, Residential Care Homes, Rehabilitation Centre, Youth Hostel, etc.);
• Manage all project’s documentation and drawings;
• Conduct feasibility study, conceptual design and design presentation to users;
• Engage with service users and operation team to understand the users’ requirements;
• Project planning, scheduling, tendering and contract administration;
• Carry out site inspections and monitor site works progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with relevant Statutory Requirements / design standards.
