Job Description
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Surveying / Building Studies or construction related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years for Project Quantity Surveyor or 3 years for Quantity Surveyor relevant experience in quantity surveying.
- Able to perform the duties in all aspects of quantity surveying including administration of main contracts and sub-contracts, cost control and budgeting, materials procurement and handling contractual matters.
- Able to carry out estimating and to assist the procurement department in preparation of tender submission and procurement of sub-contracts.
- Candidate with certain experience both in building and pilling projects.
- Candidate with less experience and / or qualification or fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 1pm (Alternative).
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Basic salary with 13th month salary + Performance bonus;
