Responsibilities:

• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Meeting with client and stakeholders on an ongoing basis regarding project objectives and progress.
• Assign project responsibilities to development team.
• Ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Determines project schedule and monitor project progression.
• Resolves any issues that arise and coordinate team activities to maintain approved schedule.
• Controls project pace and suggest schedule changes as needed.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status report and updates management team on project progression, completion and any necessary updates regularly.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment.
• Maintains project data base.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in construction; preferably in Process / Industrial plant such as power plant, chemical/waste treatment plant or any infrastructure projects.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer, candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
