Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for estimation, tender submission & tender analysis.
- Provide support in contract administration, sub-letting and settlement of final account.
- Perform cost evaluation, assessment and settlement of variations & claims.
- Handle sub-contractors’ variation orders.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 3 years’ related experience.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Proficient in PC application.
- Experience in façade industry will be an advantage.
