Responsibilities:

• Design and develop projects with Chinese lifestyle and culture, luxury, innovation in mind;
• Design in-store communication materials, brochures & collateral (e.g. newspaper/magazine adv, packaging, etc);
• In-house newsletter / e-newsletters, e-commerce, online graphic design as well as promotion materials;
• Creative & independent from design, concept and finalize artwork for printing;
• Products photo-shooting;
• Support and design development to visual merchandising and marketing function in store and various promotions launch;
• Work with design team to ensure the timely delivery of all creative and design output within daily and weekly schedules;
• Coordinate and monitor ongoing multiple schedules to meet deadlines for self as well as the design team and copywriter;
• Communicate with internal & external parties to ensure final artworks are in proper format;
• Other ad-hoc assignment and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multi-Media or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in graphic & digital design, ideally in luxury retail/ Chinese lifestyle and culture industry with 5 years in managerial post;
• Management of design team in a fast-paced environment;
• Proven record of hands on design skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and others;
• Knowledge and experience in HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash & CSS is preferred;
• Highly organized and able to multi-task;
• Self-motivated, able to explore new ideas and to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong portfolio in design & creativity;
• Good communication skills in both Chinese & English;
• Attention to detail, team-player and good time management skills.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Graphic Designer
