Job Description
Our client is one of the designing and exporting companies in Hong Kong with a rich history specializing in kitchenware & houseware products.
Responsibilities
- Ideation, brainstorming, and research of hands-on arts and crafts concepts.
- Hands-on trial, prototyping and design iteration.
- Research and explain the crafting techniques
- Product testing and analysis of user feedback.
- Material sourcing and sampling.
- Ability to mentor our designers to help them gain further expertise within creative & design.
- Ability to lead internal and external stakeholders & partners to achieve company objectives & goals.
- Assist in ad hoc jobs as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Product Design or equivalent with five years’ experience
- Portfolio showing both offline and online campaign experience
- A self-starter, big-thinker, passionate about coming up with new ideas
- Experience in managing designers & external vendor
- Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, highly creative & curious
- Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good organizational and presentation skills
- Good communication in Cantonese and English
