About the role:

• Manage the content and asset creation for CDFI retail outlets in Asia, to develop a competitive landscape of visual programs which enhance the customer experience
• Support the conception and production of creative VM assets across multiple retail channels, including specialty retail, department store, promotional activations, open-sell environments, and events
• Direct all creative assets production and usage across all locations in Asia
• Create strategic creative concepts that reflect to local retail climate to drive sales aligning to CDFI’s Brand Identity and objective
• Collaborates with local teams and 3D Production team to fulfill on design and development of seasonal updates and key activations
• Direct all creative assets from concepts to execution that reflect to local retail climate to drive sales aligning to CDFI’s Brand Identity and objective
• Handles set-up, release, and filing of the artwork technical specs for production - work with the retailers and display companies to establish the specs of the project, including materials, sizing, etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with local vendors, operational partners from concept to release in partnership with the VM team to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience
• Partner with various cross-functional departments across the organization in Asia to manage content and design execution across all CDFI Asia retail outlets
• Proactively manages and fulfills individual project timelines and deliverables, communicates, and solves any obstacles to fulfillment

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 6 years of relevant experience
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign); knowledge of Sketchup, Auto-cad knowledge is preferred
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Typography, Layout Design and Wayfinding signages
• Strong understanding of content standards developed for digital application
• Highly organized and detail-oriented person
• Intuitive and creative problem-solver
• Flexible and able to multitask
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Good team player and interpersonal skills
