• Creates original designs that encompass design concept, color and materials by interpreting market trends and company business goals for multiple product lines or brands
• Manage the execution of all creative deliverables in line with project schedule and deadlines. 
• Responsible for the whole project development cycle, which include but not limited to:
  • Think creatively to prepares and illustrates new design concept, graphics and layout
  • Complete project by coordinating with internal clients, factory and/or external suppliers

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Product Design, Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years related working experience
• Experience in children's book design & development and/or related products is preferable
• Printing knowledge is an advantage
• Solid knowledge and skill in Mac and PC Design Software including Photoshop, Illustration, InDesign, iWork, MS Office etc
• Pro-active with excellent communication and execution skills
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
