• Assist in preparing and conducting briefings and tailor-made training sessions for the users
• Prepare contents of various publicity materials such as e-Newsletter and training manuals by collecting information from relevant stakeholders
• Provide help-desk service on IT systems of CFS to both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in collecting users' comments and suggestions. Consolidate users' requirements and make recommendations to relevant IT project teams for systems fine-tuning and enhancement
• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' post-qualification IT experience of which one year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity 
• 2 years solid experience in multi-media such as Adobe Photoshop, 
• Experience in conducting IT training session and MS office software is a must
• Good at helpdesk call handling technique and handling customer relations
• Good interpersonal skills
