Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Footwear Product Design or Fashion Design.
• At least 1 year working experience in Footwear design is preferable.
• Good knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Familiar with materials and leathers.
• Proficient in both hand and digital sketching.
• Proficiency in design software, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong sense on footwear fashion trend.
• Good in English & Mandarin.
• Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Willing travel in China or overseas if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• To communicate and work closely with Chief Designer, Sales & Marketing team to understand the needs of target market and identify the product design and details.
• To handle project range builds & new development project.
• To assist in material sourcing for new materials for new trends.
• To forecast the key footwear looks base on trends.
• To finalize color palette based on forecasted colors and past color history.
• To assist product development team from concept to complete in a timely manner
• Able to work with overseas colleagues/factories independently.
• To assist team leaders and merchandisers to support their function
• Perform others ad hoc assignments and projects.
