As an E-Commerce Operation Officer, you are going to work in a renowned multi-brand healthcare and personal care company in Hong Kong.  You will assist to drive performance, monitoring & analyzing the promotional campaign. You need to coordinate with different departments to formulate and implement strategic e-Commerce plans. We expect a hands-on person to fulfill our business needs!  

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate different e-Commerce platforms and selling channels
• Prepare analysis and performance reports for management
• Responsible for platform development, content management, and promotional campaigns
• Work closely with Supply Chain & Operations Team on order management,  fulfillment and inventory planning
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

What you must have:

• Degree holder or related discipline
• 2+ years hands-on experience in related industry
• Proficient in MS Office & Excel
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Detailed oriented, multi-task
