Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events related to Hong Kong’s service industries
• To provide logistic and operational support, identify new leads and conduct follow-ups to recruit participants for trade promotional projects
• To handle enquiries from event participants, compile reports and undertake on-site duties
• To liaise and maintain good relations with relevant industry and trade associations
• To provide other administrative and project support as necessary

Requirements:

• Proactive, self-initiated and very attentive to details
• Mature, creative, with team work spirits
• Meticulous and detail-minded
• Willingness to work long hours to meet tight deadlines
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels
• Solid prior experience in event management will be an advantage

Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
